Inside Boot Camps at Julia's Body Shop
9:30 A.M. - 10:30 A.M. Monday through Thursday

Mini Boot Camps at Julia's Body Shop
8:30 A.M. - 9:30 A.M. Tuesday and Thursday



Levi's Cardio Kickboxing Class
$20.00 per class - Please call 828-5384 to reserve your spot!
5:30 P.M. - 6:15 P.M. Monday and Wednesday

Need to get started but can not commit to 4 days a week? This is a great introduction to the boot camp program 2 days per week for 4 weeks.
Mini Boot Camps start on Tuesdays the same week
as the full boot camp program.
Mini Boot Camp includes the eating plan, body fat analysis and
tracking of weight loss.
MINI BOOT CAMP cost is $200.00.
